Lollygaggers (barely) remain undefeated

We played a couple of tough games this week, and came away with one close win and a tie. We had a shot to take control of the 2nd game, but failed to push a run across in our last three at-bats (ouch). Still, after playing some pretty good teams, 5-0-1 is a nice place to be three weeks into the season.

Two more wins

The Lollygaggers picked up two more wins on 8/31, improving to 4-0 on the season. Not our greatest performances, but both wins ended up being fairly comfortable (though we didn't start hitting until like the 5th inning of game 2). It helps when the other team is swinging an Easton Hammer.
